The China Musical Instrument Association’s Western Wind Instruments Professional Committee held its leadership transition meeting.

On December 28, 2015, the China Musical Instrument Association’s Western Brass Instruments Professional Committee held its leadership transition meeting in Tianjin. Attending the meeting were Chen Jinwu, Secretary-General of the China Musical Instrument Association, along with representatives from leading brass instrument manufacturers, including Tianjin Jinbao, Gongxueshe, Dalian Brass, Longkou Jinming, Tianjin Shengdi, Hebei Jinyin, Hebei Huasheng, Beijing Fuyun, and Beijing Wind Instrument Factory. The participants unanimously agreed to appoint Chen Xuekong of Jinyin Musical Instruments as the president of the fourth-term sub‑committee, and to designate Liu Yunbin of Tianjin Jinbao, Lin Zhiming of Gongxueshe, Li Pingdong of Longkou Jinming, Wang Yuchun of Tianjin Shengdi, Zhang Ligen of Hebei Huasheng, and Yan Peiyong of Beijing Fuyun as vice presidents. Zhou Junling of Hebei Jinyin was appointed secretary of the sub‑committee.
