After completion, the Xinghai Piano Suning Production Base will achieve an annual output of 20000 pianos, 10000 western wind instruments and 5000 digital keyboard instruments, with an annual output value of 0.28 billion yuan. The first phase of the project is mainly responsible for the production of piano shells. At present, all equipment has been installed and equipment debugging and staff training are in progress. The second phase of the main body is being poured and is expected to be completed in November. The company pays attention to the inheritance of culture and strengthens the cultural attributes of products, and enhances the added value and cultural connotation of products. Established a provincial musical instrument research and development center, master production workshop and performer workshop, and cooperated with China Conservatory of Music and Nanjing Art Institute to establish a design center to carry out multi-level cooperation. At the same time, the upgrading of production equipment has made science and technology play a more important role in production.
